OnTrac enables you to easily and efficiently organize the entire examination process. With OnTrac you will decrease the logistic and administrative pressure on supervisors and student administration. In addition, education establishments can review the progress after each exam and adjust where necessary.

How OnTrac works:
Completely role-based
OnTrac contains many roles and each role comes with its own specific rights (authorizations). This will make OnTrac easy to use as each user is given a “personalized view”. OnTrac will only show the information and screens that a user needs for his function or role.
Single Sign-on via SURFconext
With OnTrac, employees and students login to OnTrac using their own settings account. In this way the schools need no longer create separate user accounts as existing account data can be (re)used. Furthermore, the users that have logged into the school network can immediately start working with OnTrac via the so-called ‘single sign-on’ principle.
Available as online service
OnTrac is a web application and as such is made available online and connects seamlessly to “New Workplace Strategies”. OnTrac has a service-oriented architecture (Triple A), which was specifically designed to allow an easy connection to software systems such as Magister, EduArte, Edictis, PeopleSoft and with Cito TestManager.
